Before
Before: a default template slide with a blue title bar, seven bullets in two typefaces and a clip-art dollar sign. After: one line of large type in the brand typefaces, the brand mark and plenty of room. What changed: one message per slide, type from the brand, room to breathe.

Illustrative · a senior designer in Ireland, year one
A hire costs more than the salary.
Before they design anything, a senior hire means recruiting, employer costs, tools and a few months of waiting. Then you have one person and one set of skills.
Drag it. Employer costs and recruiting move with the salary; tools stay the same.

A senior designer on every piece
Pause or cancel at the end of a paid month or quarter
Your first job, or your first month back. If you do not sign off your first request, you get back the whole first month.
in writing. in pen, even.
Decks, documents, print, motion, film and 3D are part of the plans, not extras. Many design subscriptions leave them out.
On every plan
Six promises, whichever plan you choose.
Senior designers onlyNo juniors learning on your work, and nothing passed to subcontractors.
Never just one personA named lead designer, a second senior check on every piece, and cover when someone is away.
You own everythingFinal and source files are yours the day you sign them off.
One fee, no surprisesNo hourly bills, no setup fee, no extras you did not ask for.
Pause or cancel at renewalMonthly: pause or cancel any month. Quarterly: it pauses or ends when the paid quarter does.

Questions
Something else on your mind. Ask it on the call.
Do I need to know anything about design?
No. Tell us what the thing is for and when you need it. We ask the design questions so you do not have to.
Will it be junior work?
No. Senior designers do the work, and a senior designer checks every piece before it reaches you.
How long does a request take?
Most single requests come back in two to three working days. Bigger jobs are split into steps, each with a date.
What counts as one request?
One piece of work you could describe in a paragraph: a deck, a set of posts, a web page. If a job is bigger, we show you how it splits before we start.
Is this for a business my size?
It is built for businesses of 5 to 200 people who need design every month but not a full-time hire.
Am I locked in?
No longer than you have paid for. Monthly plans pause or cancel at the end of any month. Quarterly billing renews every three months: a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid quarter, with no refund for the rest of it, and a pause starts then and runs in whole quarters. You can upgrade any time; downgrades, and switching between monthly and quarterly, take effect at renewal.
Do you make videos and 3D?
Yes. Promo films, 3D product shots, cinemagraphs and motion graphics are part of Studio Plus, and motion for social is part of Studio. Live-action filming days are quoted separately.
Do you build apps and online shops?
Yes, on Studio Plus. For apps we design the experience and the screens, prototype them, then build the front end or a first version you can launch. Complex back-ends and integrations are quoted separately before we start. Online shops on Shopify or WooCommerce are designed and built on Studio Plus too, in stages: shop setup and theme, product and collection pages, checkout and payments, then launch. Each stage is one request and takes about three to five working days. Websites are part of Studio.
Do you use AI?
Where it saves you time, for research, first variations and resizing. A senior designer makes every decision and checks every piece, and nothing goes out that a person has not finished.
What does it cost?
Essentials is €1,450 a month for posts, decks and print. Studio is €2,590 and adds your brand and website. Studio Plus is €4,090 and adds online shops, apps and film. All ex VAT. One flat monthly fee, and we agree the right plan on the call once we know your workload. No hourly bills, and you know the cost before the month starts. Pay quarterly and it is 10% less.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us in the portal. We revise until it is right. If your first request is not signed off, you do not pay for the first month.
